Event Disclaimer & Participation Terms

• The Blueshine Group, event organizers, and Splendor Event Hall assume no responsibility for the care, supervision, or safety of children at the event.

• Any injury, accident, or incident involving children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.

• Food and drinks served may contain or have been exposed to common allergens including, but not limited to:
• • nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, seafood, or others.
• Attendees with dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or allergies must:
• • Indicate this on the registration form
  • Use personal discretion when consuming any food or beverage

• Blueshine Group, caterers, and Splendor Event Hall are not liable for allergic reactions or food-related issues.

• Alcoholic beverages may be served to attendees 21 years or older, with valid ID if requested.
• Attendees are expected to drink responsibly.
• Blueshine Group is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption.
• Anyone visibly intoxicated may be denied additional service or asked to leave the event for safety reasons.

• Transportation is the personal responsibility of the attendee unless previously arranged (e.g., shuttle).
• Attendees should ensure they have a safe means of getting home after the event.
• Blueshine Group is not responsible for incidents occurring during travel to or from the event.

• This is a company-sponsored event; respectful, professional behavior is expected at all times.
• Any form of harassment, violence, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event and potential disciplinary action.

By attending, you agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Blueshine Group, its companies, event staff, and Splendor Event Hall are not liable for:
• • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Accidents involving children
  • Reactions to food or beverages
  • Incidents outside the venue (including transportation)

• Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event and related activities.

• Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for internal company use or promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant permission to Blueshine Group to use your image, unless you expressly request otherwise.

• The event runs from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Blueshine Group reserves the right to adjust the schedule, entertainment, menu, or any part of the event as needed.

• Only active Blueshine Group employees are eligible for automatic entry.
• Attendance registration must be completed before the deadline to qualify.
• You must be present at the event to claim your prize; otherwise, another winner will be selected.
• Guests and children are not eligible for raffle participation.
• Raffle prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

By completing the registration form and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood this disclaimer
• Agreed to all terms and conditions
• Discussed guest/children attendance with your supervisor 
• Accepted all personal responsibilities outlined above
